Junboocha is similar to kombucha. It is a fermented tea. However, it is made with green tea and honey; not tea and sugar. As Because it is made with honey instead of sugar, junboocha has a lighter and slightly sweeter taste compared to kombucha, which has a more sour and vinegar-like flavour. Some people may prefer the taste of one over the other.
